The Rekha Dress is one of our favorite easy silhouettes for everyday wear, offered in a limited edition textured silk and linen blend with delicate hand embroidery throughout.
Tussar silk, a wild silk known for its natural texture and matte finish, lends the fabric a slightly rustic hand and dimensional character.
The embroidery is inspired by Khudi Tebha, a traditional stitching technique from the Kutch region of Gujarat, India. Originally developed as a way to join and strengthen layers of cloth, the technique combines continuous running stitches with small diamond-shaped motifs that add both structure and subtle pattern.
Designed with side seam pockets, a hidden button closure at the notch neckline, buttoned cuffs, and side slits at the hem.
