Fulfillment & Customer Service Associate (Part-time) - Berkeley, CA

We are seeking a part-time fulfillment and customer service associate for our Berkeley studio. This position will require a car. In this role, you will help create an exceptional experience for our customers from the minute they land on our site to the moment they open their package. Beyond order fulfillment and customer service, you will provide support to the management team in day-to-day operations. Your work will be crucial in helping the company build positive relationships with our customers, ultimately ensuring repeat business and the growth of the brand. The Fulfillment and Customer Service Associate position is a 15-20 hours a week role with a flexible schedule that can be dispersed over 4-5 days.

Key job responsibilities will include:
- Completing all steps in the fulfillment process, including picking merchandise, quality control, preparing paperwork, packing orders, creating shipping labels and documentation, and facilitating in-store order pickups, all in a timely fashion.
- Providing end-to-end customer service by email and phone.
- Dropping off online orders to local shipping centers with your own car.
- Receiving mail and coordinating outgoing shipments with carriers.
- Processing returns and exchanges.
- Monitoring packaging supply levels and ordering as needed.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Assisting with inventory management and organization.
- Assisting with studio projects.

Requirements for this candidate:
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Conscientiousness in packing orders both beautifully and securely.
- Kind, courteous, and professional manner in customer interactions.
- Efficient time management skills and ability to multitask and learn quickly.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Great communication skills and excellent code of conduct.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with Mac operating system is ideal.

Retail Sales Associates (Part-time) - Berkeley, CA


We are seeking part-time retail sales professionals for our Berkeley store. This position will require weekend hours. As a sales associate, you will create an inviting environment for personal customer interactions. You will play a crucial part in driving sales and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. You are the face of our company and are passionate about delivering a special experience that allows our customers to connect with our brand.   - Impeccable sales and customer service skills.

  - 2-5 years experience, high-end boutique preferred. 

  - Ability to identify and support customers’ unique needs. 

  - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 

  - Quick-to-learn sale operations, experience with POS systems ideal. 

  - Ability to handle customer inquiries with tact, grace, and approachability.  

  - Strong sense of personal style and keen interest in learning and sharing brand knowledge. 

  - Great communication skills and excellent code of conduct. 

  - Commitment to personal growth and professional development. 

  - Ability to work weekends and holidays.
