Medium Chinese Leather Chest
Chinese leather chest from the Republic Period richly finished in deep oxblood red with a hand-rubbed patina. Detailed with an aged brass clasp and side handles. Perfect for storing keepsakes or as an understated accent atop a console or low table.
Measures 12" T x 24.5" W x 16.5" D.
In beautiful antique condition. The surface bears traces of time—small scuffs, worn edges, and and chips that reveal layers of age beneath the lacquer. Please note the hinged lid is broken and the lid lifts completely off.
