19th century handcrafted solid wood storage chest from the Philippines. Hand-cut dovetail joinery, forged iron hardware, and decorative metal bosses bring character and strength to this piece. The richly aged wood has developed a warm, beautiful patina from generations of use. Interior offers generous storage.
Measures 16.25" H × 18.5" W × 14.5" D.
In beautiful antique condition with significant wear, surface markings, and patina consistent with age and use. All original hardware and dovetail construction remains intact.
