Burnt gold is a hand-applied oxidization patina on 18k gold plated 925 sterling silver chain. It is hypo-allergenic to most. Burnt gold was one of the first distinguishing colours Arielle De Pinto developed, it adds depth and dimension to their otherwise monotoned gold pieces. The process is comparative to hand-dyed fabric. Burnt gold is highly varied, it can show dark gold, deep red tones, and dark browns.
