Early 20th century Kuba cloth with geometric diamond pattern. Composed of fine strips of knotted, cut raffia, the mat consists of two panels finely stitched together and are traditionally worn by men during various ceremonies.
Measures 1'7" L x 1'1" W.
In excellent vintage condition. Minor wear, as noted in photographs, that is commensurate with age and use.
